2. Services Provided

PixelVect offers digital services including, but not limited to, Custom Website Design, WordPress Development, Ecommerce Solutions, and SEO Optimization. All services are strictly digital.

3. Payment Terms

• Digital Goods & Services: All products and services provided by PixelVect are digital.
• No Cash on Delivery (COD): Due to the digital nature of our business, Cash on Delivery is strictly prohibited and not supported.
• Payment Milestones: Custom projects may require an upfront deposit before work begins, with subsequent payments tied to project milestones.
• Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend or pause project development or website hosting/maintenance if invoices remain unpaid.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment, the client assumes ownership of the final website design and custom code. However, PixelVect retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project commencement.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide timely feedback, content (text, images, branding), and necessary access (hosting, domain registrars) to ensure the project stays on schedule. Delays caused by the client may result in project timeline extensions.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PixelVect, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our digital services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India (specifically Howrah, West Bengal), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
