All services, software, design assets, and development work provided by PixelVect are intangible, digital goods.

2. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, a contract is signed, or a digital product is downloaded/deployed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. This applies to:

Initial deposits for custom web design or development projects.
Milestone payments made during the course of a project.
Monthly retainers for SEO, maintenance, or hosting services once the billing cycle has begun.
Digital downloads, templates, or code assets.

3. Why We Have This Policy

Custom web development and digital marketing require extensive time, strategy, labor, and dedicated resources from our team from the moment a project begins. Once our team has initiated work, the time and creative resources invested cannot be recovered or returned.

4. Project Cancellations

If you choose to cancel a custom project before its completion, you are not obligated to pay future milestones that have not yet been initiated. However, any deposits or payments made up to the date of cancellation are strictly non-refundable to cover the time and resources already expended by our team.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We are committed to client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the direction of a custom project, we encourage you to utilize the revision rounds outlined in your initial proposal. We will work diligently with you to ensure the final digital product aligns with your goals.
